When comparing ashwagandha extract, you will find the extract amount and the specification together here. Withania somnifera is the name of the plant. The plant part used is the root. Extract amount, plant part, and withanolide specification are separate pieces of information that only together describe the concrete formulation.

300 mg Extract and 30 mg Withanolides
