Marine Collagen Shots with Wild Berry Flavor

Golden Elements Marine Collagen Shots contain fish collagen hydrolysate in a liquid formula with wild berry flavor. One daily serving of 10 ml provides 4,000 mg of collagen hydrolysate and 48 mg of vitamin C. The 500 ml bottle contains 50 full daily servings. Shake well before opening.

When you choose liquid collagen, the amount per serving and the added nutrients are part of the formula. The shots also contain additional vitamins and minerals declared separately. The ingredients and nutrient table shows you which components are actually contained in the 10 ml.

Vitamin C and normal collagen formation

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, and teeth. The 48 mg per daily serving corresponds to 60 percent of the statutory nutrient reference value for adults. This function is attributed to the vitamin C contained.

The amount of collagen and the amount of vitamins remain separate indications. The approved functions of the added vitamins and minerals are not automatically attributed to the collagen hydrolysate. The detailed overview therefore assigns each described body function to the respective proven nutrient.

Overview of additional vitamins and minerals

The formula contains, among others, biotin, selenium, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and vitamin D. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair; selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

The individual amounts in the daily serving are decisive for classification. Different units such as mg and µg are not added together to form a single figure. NRV percentage values also refer to an individual nutrient and do not represent a personally determined requirement.

Fish collagen, allergens, and formula

The source of collagen is FISH. The shots are therefore not vegan or vegetarian. The halal label is an independent product feature and does not replace the check for allergens. The formula contains sweeteners; flavor and other ingredients are listed in the full ingredients list.

The liquid dosage form differs from the Marine Collagen capsules. A pleasantly selectable flavor does not change the origin of the collagen or the serving sizes. Therefore, for a format comparison, the raw material, additional nutrients, and practical application should be considered together.
