Die Kreatin Gummies mit Apfelgeschmack von Golden Elements haben mich echt überrascht! Der Geschmack ist super fruchtig und überhaupt nicht künstlich. Eher wie leckere Apfel-Süßigkeiten. Dadurch nimmt man Kreatin endlich mal gerne ein und muss kein Pulver mehr trinken für die, die es lieber so haben wollen.
Auch die Konsistenz ist top es ist weich, angenehm zu kauen und nicht zu klebrig. Ich nehme sie jetzt regelmäßig vor dem Training und fühle mich im Gym deutlich stärker und leistungsfähiger. Auch behält mein Körper länger eine gute Form auch wenn ich mal die Woche ein paar Tage nicht so ausreichend oder gut gegessen habe und die Speicher nicht richtig voll sind. Ich fühle mich dennoch stabil und gut um meinen Alltag mit Energie zu meistern und auch das Gym weiterhin durchzuziehen.
