The product combines vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol with sunflower oil. The capsule shell contains halal beef gelatin; glycerin is also part of the formulation. The nutrient table states the amount per four-day serving. The NRV percentage also refers to this labeled serving. Therefore, when comparing several vitamin D products, you should not exclusively consider the highest capsule count or percentage. Composition and actual intake pattern enable a clear comparison.

Halal beef gelatin and ingredients

Halal compliance describes its own selection criterion. The halal beef gelatin remains an animal-derived ingredient.
