The combination brings together minerals, trace elements and added vitamins. Each component has its own dosage and directions for use.

If you choose a magnesium-zinc-iron set, you can compare the specific formulations separately on this page. The set does not consist of a new combined tablet. Above all, the D3 component has a different dosing interval than the products used daily.

Magnesium 4-Fold with 400 mg per daily dose

Two magnesium tablets provide 400 mg of elemental magnesium. The formulation contains bisglycinate, citrate, malate and taurate. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal function of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism.

The 60 tablets make 30 daily doses. The number of magnesium compounds describes the composition of the complex; the stated elemental magnesium content is decisive for comparing quantities. The various raw material masses are not added to the total magnesium amounts.

Zinc Bisglycinate with 25 mg

One zinc tablet contains 25 mg of zinc and makes up the daily dose. The package contains 500 tablets. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. The complete overview lists other approved nutrient functions.

The recommended intake states to refrain from taking other zinc-containing dietary supplements. This information is relevant if multivitamin products or other mineral mixtures are already being used. The amount per tablet remains separate from the total compound or tablet mass.

Iron with Vitamin C as a separate combination

One tablet provides 14 mg of iron as bisglycinate and 40 mg of vitamin C. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

The package with 120 tablets contains 120 daily doses. The included iron formulation is not equivalent to the separate 25 mg iron tablets. This combination is used in the set as a separate product with its own list of ingredients. The amount of vitamin C is not added to the total iron amount.

Vitamin D3 with Halal beef gelatin

One D3 softgel contains 100 µg of vitamin D3, corresponding to 4,000 IU. The intended use is one softgel every four days. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, as well as to the normal function of the immune system.

The container contains 180 individual doses at a four-day interval. The shell consists of Halal beef gelatin. The entire set is therefore not vegan or vegetarian. This product property remains an important factor in the selection alongside the mineral amounts.

Four applications and separate durations

Magnesium is used daily with two tablets, zinc and iron with vitamin C each with one tablet daily. For D3, the four-day interval remains. The combined selection of the bundle is not presented as a new daily dose of all four packages.

The durations differ: 30 daily doses of magnesium, 500 of zinc, 120 of iron with C and 180 D3 doses. The quantity calculation is to be distinguished from shelf life and personal use. Zinc Tablets: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Vitamin D3: Intake is every four days as 1 softgel. The shell consists of Halal beef gelatin. For the remaining components, their own recommended intake applies.
